Scope
This policy describes information handled when you visit this storefront, use its checkout, or contact customer service. The store offers hair-care gummies and scalp serum. It does not provide medical consultations or request medical histories. Please do not submit medical information.
Information we handle
Checkout collects your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, selected products, quantities and payment status. Payment details are submitted directly to Stripe; the storefront does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Customer-service messages may include the information you choose to send.
Browser storage and technical information
Your shopping bag is stored in your browser so it remains available when you return. You can clear it using your browser’s site-data controls. Hosting and payment services may process IP addresses, browser/device information and request logs to operate the website, protect payments and diagnose errors. Google Fonts supplies the website’s fonts and may receive technical request information.
How information is used
Order information is used to process payments, calculate shipping, send receipts and order alerts, answer questions, and support order fulfillment . It may also be used to prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Transactional order emails are separate from marketing subscriptions.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments and stores order/contact details. Brevo sends transactional emails and processes recipients’ email addresses, receipt contents and delivery information. Depending on its settings, the email provider may also process email-interaction information. Google Cloud hosts the storefront. A ZIP-code lookup service receives delivery ZIP codes to estimate shipping distance; it does not receive your name or street address from the shipping calculation.
Sharing and external resources
Information needed to manage orders may be accessed by authorized store personnel and service providers. It may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to resolve a payment dispute. The storefront does not include a feature for selling customer data. Links to manufacturer materials, Google Drive and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
Order and correspondence records are retained as needed to manage transactions, provide support and satisfy legal obligations. Service providers maintain records under their own settings and policies. You may request access, correction or deletion of information through customer service; some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction-related reasons. You can control browser storage through your browser settings.
