All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or unopened products, including changes of mind. Please review the product information and your order carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, incorrect or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, contact customer service with your order reference and a description of the issue. Keep the product and packaging while the issue is reviewed. Do not send products back without instructions.
Rights required by law
This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law, including any required cancellation or refund rights if an order cannot be fulfilled or is delayed. Nothing in this policy prevents you from reporting a payment or delivery problem.
Seller and dispatch
The seller responsible for orders is Middleton Drug LLC. Customer service: middletondrug@gmail.com. Orders normally dispatch within 5 business days after payment. Carrier transit time is additional.
